Within the framework of a consortium formed by Missions publiques<\/a>, Danish Board of Technology<\/a>, IFOK<\/a>, other organizations and Deliberativa<\/p>\n\n European Parliament, the Council and the European Commission<\/p>\n\n Process design and implementation, within the Conference on the Future of Europe<\/a>, of four citizen Panels of 200 people each; the members of the Panels are chosen by a stratified lottery conducted in the 27 countries of the European Union, and deliberate in 24 languages on four thematic blocks during three weekends between September 2021 and February 2022 (here the four reports of recommendations<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n Subsequently, 80 citizen ambassadors from the four panels met in seven working sessions with members of the European and national parliaments and representatives of civil society, in the framework of the Conference Plenary<\/a>.
