Process design and advice on implementing a citizens’ jury made up of 35 people selected through civic sortition from the population of ten municipalities in the Besaya basin. The jury was asked: “How can European funds be used in the Besaya area to create and maintain jobs while respecting the principles of a just and inclusive ecological transition?”
