World Citizens’ Assembly Lab – Innovation

From June 2021

The World Citizens’ Assembly Lab is a laboratory for deliberating on contemporary global challenges. It is an open space where ordinary people can deliberate and test different methodologies and multilingual tools.
Its main objectives are:
-Activate agenda setting processes to select the most relevant issues.
-Explore these issues to obtain recommendations through the creation of a multi-group assembly system on specific topics.
-Recruit volunteers to create a broad network to support global deliberation.
-Experiment to learn how to expand and improve global deliberation.

The innovations developed in this laboratory fed or feed the Global Assembly for Climate Emergency 2021, the EU Citizen Panels and the Global Assembly 2026.
