In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April («General Data Protection Regulation» or «GDPR»), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you of the processing that we will carry out, as data controllers of your personal data, from the moment you fill in this form and send the information.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not fill in the form or send your answers.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING FOR REGULAR COLLABORATORS

Your personal data will be used for the sole purpose of coordinating with you in relation with this specific call for collaborators.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described above unless required by law or court order.

The participant may freely refuse to provide us with this data, not fill in the questionnaire or, subsequently, revoke the consent previously granted to process his/her data, although such refusal implies the impossibility of participating in the same.

The data controller understands that by providing us with this data, the interested party guarantees and assumes responsibility for the truthfulness, timeliness and accuracy of the same and that he/she accepts and expressly consents to its processing for the purposes described above.

 

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING.

The data will not be deleted for future projects indefinitely or at your request at the time you request it will be deleted.

 

LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimacy based on the consent of the data subject (yourself) given for the purposes described above.

 

RECIPIENTS OF ASSIGNMENTS OR TRANSFERS.

In general, the controller (us) will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly authorized us to do so.

 

RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS

You may exercise the following rights before the data controller:

Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data subject to processing.

 

Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data undergoing processing.
Right of rectification: to correct errors, modify data that prove to be inaccurate or incomplete and ensure the accuracy of the information undergoing processing.
Right of erasure: allows you to request the deletion of data undergoing processing when it is no longer necessary.
Right of opposition: the data subject’s right not to have his or her personal data processed or to cease processing, except for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims, in which case we will keep them blocked for the corresponding period of time while the legal obligations persist.
Right of opposition: Interested parties may oppose the sending of communications of any kind by the responsible party. In that case you can revoke your consent to receive these notifications at any time using the mechanism implemented for that purpose in the same, or by sending an email with the subject «Baja» to yago@deliberativa.org.
Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.
Data portability: data subjects may request to receive the data concerning them that they have provided to us or – where technically possible – to have it sent to another data controller of their choice, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions (including profiling): the right not to be subject to a decision based on automated processing that produces effects or significantly affects you.

Possibility to complain to the Control Authority: The controller also informs you of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
